  • glamorous false eyelashes model 21How do I remove the false eyelashes from the packaging?  Gently & slowly pull the false eyelashes from the baseline up & off the packaging.  Using tweezers may help & do not pull the lashes off from the middle.  Be extra careful with styles: 11T, 53T, 64T, and all clear bands.

  • Are Model 21 False Eyelashes reusable?  Yes.

  • How many times can I reuse Model 21 False Eyelashes?  Depending on your care, most users can expect 3-5 use.

  • What if the false eyelashes are too long?   Simply cut of the excess outer ends of the false eyelashes to desire length.

  • What do I do with the glue that accumulates on my used false eyelashes?  Gently pull off excess glue prior to your next use.

  • How do I get my natural eyelashes to adhere to the false eyelashes?  You can use any mascara on both eyelashes to get them to adhere to each other but we recommend clear mascara to avoid clumps that regular mascara can leave behind.

  • What kind of false eyelash adhesive can I use?  You can use any eyelash adhesive but we prefer dark color adhesive. The white adhesive, even the ones that dries clear will at times be visible. Dark eyelash adhesive can easily be covered by eyeliner or eye shadow.

  • How long can I continuously wear my false eyelashes?  Depending on your personal tolerance but most people can wear false eyelashes all day/night and remove the false eyelashes before bedtime.

  • What if the false eyelashes partially detach from the ends?  Carefully dab a little adhesive to the inside/under baseline of the false eyelash and apply a little pressure to re-attach (this is where the dark color adhesive comes in handy because touch up will be easy & invisible) or you can remove the lash completely and re-apply.

  • What if I want thicker eyelashes?  You can use two false eyelashes & stack them on top of each other.  Apply your eyelash adhesive to stick them together.

  • What are lash extensions?  Lash extensions are individual false eyelashes that are professionally & individually glued to your natural eyelashes. Each application can take up to 2 hours & can cost between $150-$250.  Lash extensions can last from 3 - 4 weeks or fall off when your natural lashes grow and or fall off.  You cannot sleep on your face or allow your eyes to touch your pillow with lash extensions.  Also when washing your face you must be extra careful.

  • My Credit Card was Charged but I have No Order / My Credit Card was charged multiple times.  The charge you see is not a charge unless you have received a confirmation email from Model 21 Eyelashes with an order number.  What has shown to be deducted from your account is an AUTHORIZATION and or a HOLD.  Your bankcard will hold or deduct this amount & wait for Model 21 Eyelashes to send a final confirmation also known as "Settlement".  Since you did not received a confirmation email with an order number from Model 21 Eyelashes then there will be NO Settlement and NO Confirmation sent to your bankcard by us.  Which means that the amount on HOLD will be released within 24-48 business hours.  Some bankcard companies may place a hold for up to 5 business days.  Model 21 does NOT have control over this process & CAN NOT expedite the release.  Your credit card company along with bankcard rules & regulations control this process.

  • How Long Will International Orders take?  International Orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail.  Delivery time is approximately 19-37 Business Days.  We offer faster shipping alternatives, if you would like to receive your package sooner please select the appropriate shipping method during checkout.  USPS will only calculate shipping for 3 or more boxes, therefore the minimum for international shipping is 3 or more box of lashes.
  • How Can I tell the difference from Real Human Hair and synthetics?  1.Hold an eyelash or strand of hair on a tweezers. Put a flame to the end of the hair to ignite it and then pull the flame away.  2.Pay attention to the smell and the way the hair burns. Human hair has a distinctive sulfuric odor. When it is lit, the flame will flicker out quickly unless you continue burning it and the ash will be powdery.  3.Watch how synthetic hairs burn. Synthetic fibers will continue to burn up quickly after you've taken the flame away. Polyester hair burns and melts at the same time, has a slightly sweet smell and leaves sticky beads on your fingers. Nylon hair smells like cooked vegetables and will burn up quickly with a sparkling flame, leaving hard beads behind.

  • Tracking Information - Our standard shipping method is the United States Postal Service (USPS.com) because it's the most economical based on price & speed of delivery.  If you are choosing 1st Class Mail & or receiving Free Shipping with your order, there will be No tracking information.  We only receive a Delivery Confirmation from USPS when your package is delivered.  If you want tracking, you must upgrade to Priority Mail or UPS Ground shipping options.
